About the Position:
Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight of Dragonfly IOP services. Managing faculty who are in direct care with students in the IOP program as well as providing direct services to students. Ensuring that all standards and services are being met based on Arizona Department of Health Services Medical Facilities Licensing regulations.
Essential Duties:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, formulation and supervision of program goals and objectives, program budget, program techniques and methods, staff selection, training, and development, monitoring program effectiveness
- Responsible for ensuring that the delivery of services meets the organization standards and complies with state and local regulations
- Ensures all faculty and subcontractors follow policies and procedures
- Provides direct services and individual therapy to the students in the IOP
- Assists with contract compliance and quality assurance issues
- Provide Training for direct service faculty needed to maintain skills and knowledge and Medical Facilities Licensing requirements
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health, social services, business or related field, and three (3) years of management experience in an organization providing similar services, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health social services and has a current license to practice in behavioral health field
