A Day in the Life:

✅ Answer phones like a pro and direct calls to the right people.
✅ Schedule and manage patient appointments like a Tetris master.
✅ Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and keep things moving efficiently.
✅ Keep patient records up to date (because details matter!).
✅ Be the go-to person for questions, directions, and good vibes.
✅ Work closely with our awesome medical team to ensure a seamless experience for patients.

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience answering phones
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of private information
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of standard medical terminology
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
