Bed Size - 160 Temporary Privileges - Yes Annual Volume - 38,000 ED (Emergency Department) Beds - 21 with Fast Track 12% - Admission Rate EMR (Electronic Medical Record) - Allscripts - Web EDIMS Patients per hour - 1.5-2 Subspecialty Backup - Orthopedic, vascular, urology, ENT, Neurology, GI Call Required - NO Weekends Required - Yes Shift Model - 12 hours Shift Times - 8a-8p, 10a-10p, 1p-1a SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
AS A REMINDER :
All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job. CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM / YY to MM / YY format Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV EPA (Envision Pre-Application) (Please use the attached EPA. It is also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help) All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents Availability
