JOB DESCRIPTION :
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide the earliest date of availability
- Must have NJ license with CDS and DEA at time of presentation
- Must have clean malpractice / background
- Must send self-query NPDB if EPA has a negative yes or pending response
- Must be able to work day and night shifts
- BC EM with 2 yrs ER experience
- AS A REMINDER :
- All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
- CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM / YY to MM / YY format
- Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
- Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
- All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
- Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
- Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
