Responsibilities
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling accounts, including bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with audit preparation by compiling necessary documentation.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Collaborate with accounting team on special projects and initiatives.
- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's in accountancy, or on track to complete an accounting degree
- Committed to maintaining accountability in all assigned duties

- Communication - both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to ERP, Blackline, Concur, SAGE, is a plus
- Hybrid work environment: Monday - Wednesday (onsite) / Thursday - Friday (remote)
- Hourly rate: $17-22
