We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support key infrastructure, network, and building system projects across our multi-family apartment communities. In this role, you’ll collaborate with IT leaders and business teams to ensure smooth project execution—on time, on budget, and with top-notch quality.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Work closely with IT team leads and stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
✅ Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
✅ Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
✅ Track progress, manage changes, and provide status updates to stakeholders
✅ Identify potential risks and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Maintain high-quality standards and customer service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education & Experience: BA/BS in IT, Project Management, or related field preferred. At least 1 years of experience managing IT projects, with infrastructure knowledge a plus.
💻 Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and project management tools like Smartsheet. Basic understanding of networking and technical systems.
📢 Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present to stakeholders, and strong negotiation/conflict resolution abilities.
🧠 Problem-Solving & Organization: Strategic thinker who can juggle multiple projects and priorities while keeping everything on track.
✈️ Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required.
