Leasing Consultant – AMLI at Uptown
Are you a customer service pro with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? AMLI at Uptown is looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant with strong sales skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
In this role, you'll handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while building strong, service-focused relationships with our residents. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills by planning resident events and driving community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize property occupancy
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and lease apartments
Prepare lease documentation and facilitate a seamless move-in process
Plan and host resident events to foster community
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Compensation & Benefits:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
Experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service, or leasing (a plus but not required)
High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus
Saturday availability required (We are closed on Sundays!)
