What You'll Be Doing:
As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at AMLI Campion Trail and AMLI Grapevine. Youβll interact directly with prospective and current residents to ensure maximum occupancy, create great customer experiences, and generate new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
π‘ Leasing & Sales β Show available apartments, qualify prospects, follow up, and close the deal!
π£ Marketing & Outreach β Promote our communities via phone, internet, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads.
π Lease Administration β Process lease applications, renewals, and all related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
π Resident Engagement β Plan and host resident events to create a strong sense of community.
π» Sales Technology β Utilize our 'SMART Office' technology to engage customers and optimize sales opportunities.
π€ Customer Service β Provide excellent service by responding quickly to resident requests and resolving issues promptly.
π Market Awareness β Keep an eye on local competition and trends to stay ahead in the market.
πΌ Professionalism β Ensure the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and overall community are always maintained to the highest standards.
What Weβre Looking For:

Experience β At least two years of related sales or customer service experience

Education β High School Diploma or GED required
β
Availability β Must be available on Saturdays (weβre closed on Sundays)

Positive Attitude β A passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service

Team Player β Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic team environment
