🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Tackling Repairs & Maintenance – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances—you name it, you fix it!
✅ Keeping Residents Happy – Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, making our residents feel at home.
✅ Rotating On-Call Duty – Be a maintenance superhero when needed, including weekends and nights.
✅ Keeping Amenities in Top Shape – Pools, fountains, and shared spaces need your expert care.
✅ Conducting Inspections & Preventative Maintenance – Stay ahead of the game by catching issues before they happen.
✅ Ensuring a Picture-Perfect Community – Help maintain the property’s curb appeal and pristine condition.
