What You’ll Do:
🔹 Operations & Leadership
Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellence in resident service and operational efficiency.
Oversee marketing, leasing, collections, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, training, and motivation.
Stay ahead of market trends, conducting surveys and strategizing for growth.
🔹 Resident Experience & Retention
Design and execute innovative resident retention programs to create an engaged and satisfied community.
Ensure all resident service requests are handled promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Monitor customer satisfaction through Kingsley Index and implement strategies to enhance experience.
🔹 Property Maintenance & Compliance
Oversee property inspections and ensure timely turnovers of vacant apartments.
Work closely with vendors and contractors to maintain top-tier property conditions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.
🔹 Marketing & Brand Strategy
Partner with our Regional Marketing Manager to develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Drive leasing success and create a standout reputation in West Midtown Atlanta!
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Leadership experience in the multifamily property management industry (3 years preferred).
✔ Proven ability to manage and elevate Class A apartment communities.
✔ Strong financial, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Passion for delivering an exceptional resident experience.
✔ A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
