As our Property Manager, you’ll oversee the operations and financial performance of a 264-unit Class A luxury apartment community in North Dallas. You’ll be at the heart of creating an exceptional living experience for residents while leading an on-site team, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the property.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Operations & Leadership
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing revenue, and ensuring timely rent collection.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing on-site team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Oversee marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Implement resident retention programs and respond to feedback to enhance the community experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws.
🔹 Maintenance & Asset Management
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain top-tier living standards.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient apartment turnovers and preventative care.
Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
Uphold OSHA and Fair Housing compliance for a safe and welcoming community.
🔹 Marketing & Resident Engagement
Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to create impactful campaigns that attract and retain residents.
Monitor market trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven leadership experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry.
✔ Experience managing Class A apartment communities—you know what it takes to deliver an exceptional luxury living experience.
✔ Financial acumen & strategic mindset to drive performance and profitability.
✔ High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
