What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in attracting and retaining residents while representing the AMLI brand at our high-end communities. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting property tours and leasing available apartments to qualified prospects
- Engaging with potential residents via phone, email, social media, and in person
- Processing lease applications, renewals, and related administrative documentation
- Delivering exceptional service to current and future residents
- Supporting resident engagement through event planning and retention initiatives
- Building relationships with apartment locators and local businesses
- Maintaining an inviting and professional environment in office and community areas
- Monitoring local competition and keeping marketing materials current
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus
- Previous leasing experience is required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Availability to work weekends and travel to different AMLI communities within Austin
- Passion for customer service and a polished, professional demeanor
