Multi-Site Leasing Manager

Take the next step in your property management career by becoming our next Leasing Manager! As the Multi-Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee the leasing efforts at AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya.

Duties Include

• Develop programs to generate traffic for the apartment communities. Implement Marketing Plan and team goals. Compile monthly Marketing Plan before month-end for approval.
• Assists hiring, training, motivating, and following up with the leasing team. Plans and implements regular leasing technique training for weekly staff meetings.
• Provides leadership and direction for at least three or more Leasing Consultants, including effective employee relations, compliance with employment law, ongoing training, and motivation for staff. Ensures regular coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations for all staff members.
• Ensures “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show. Maintains mini-model program.
• Review guest cards to ensure proper follow-up. Monitors concessions and specials offered to ensure consistency.
• Shop competitive properties regularly and is knowledgeable of their pricing, policies, lease terms, property terms, etc.
• Monitors shopping report scores of the team members and updates the market survey as required.
• Leases to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Follows up on prospective residents and markets the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Develops and maintains an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community Manager. Prepares and distributes all lease renewal letters to lease expirations.
  
  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is also preferred.
