What You’ll Do
🔹 Operations & Leadership
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing revenue, and ensuring timely rent collection.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing on-site team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Implement resident retention programs and respond to feedback to enhance the community experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain top-tier living standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient apartment turnovers and preventative care.
- Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
- Uphold OSHA and Fair Housing compliance for a safe and welcoming community.
- Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to create impactful campaigns that attract and retain residents.
- Monitor market trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
