works under the direction of a registered nurse to provide safe skilled age appropriate care to patients. Participates in the assessment, planning, implementation evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, standards and policies of the medical center and within the scope of his or her preparation. Requirements :
LPN must have a verified current license. CPR certified. Must have own vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
