We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Ammeraal Beltech and AMMEGA Operations team.
The CSR will be responsible for managing customer relationships through proactive and reactive communication to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.
A typical day for a CSR at AMMEGA may involve:
