For our Jason Industrial and AMMEGA operations team, we are currently looking for a Customer Solution Center Lead. Full benefits on day 1 401(k) after a month.
Customer Solution Center Lead
As a Customer Solution Center Lead, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and training to the warehouse employees and ensures safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained at all times. The customer solution center lead will facilitate processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, cutting and slitting belts, and organizing the warehouse. You will report to the Customer Solution Center Manager and be part of the operations team. This position works on a team of about 6 people. Key colleagues include Shipper / Receivers, Cutter / Slitters, and Picker / Packers. In this role, you will be based in Carol Stream, IL, USA. Our colleagues like one another, so this is an in-person, in-office role.
A day in the life of a customer solution center lead can look like
- Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE.
- Ensure all warehouse employees’ tasks are performed on a daily basis.
- Train all warehouse employees to perform their jobs in a safe and timely manner.
- Establish the efficient flow of all incoming stock and inter-company transfers.
- Communicate with Customer Service to confirm shipments leave per customers’ direction.
- Certify that all warehouse equipment is used and maintained in an efficient and safe manner.
- Promote accuracy standards in all warehouse functions to ensure tasks and goals are completed.
- Make certain the warehouse is in compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Perform cycle count inventory.
- Assist Warehouse Manager as needed.
- Follow and reinforce company’s policies and procedures.
