Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED certificate preferred.
Prior retail or sales experience preferably the retail industry.
Shooting sports knowledge a plus.
Prior retail cashier or cash handling experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have or obtain a Certificate of Eligibility.
Essential Functions:
Greets all customers.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and salesmanship.
Demonstrates constant awareness of firearm safety.
Executes all required firearms paperwork within legal parameters.
Provides product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Provides supervision of store employees on a daily basis
Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions.
Standing and walking the entire work shift.
Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including evenings, holidays and weekends. Open for business 7 days / week.
