As a Training Coordinator, you will prepare, facilitates, executes, monitors, evaluates, and documents training activities in the company.

As a Training Coordinator you will :
Model and drive organizational culture, vision and values throughout the entire company through all training methods.Partner with HR to develop and continually improve new hire onboarding, orientation and trainingProvide input in the development and delivery of all training initiativesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivery, including program content and trainer effectiveness - take initiative where improvement is requiredTraining Coordinator will create training aids such as PowerPoints, training handbooks and visual aids as neededAssist internal trainers in developing and delivering training sessionsTrain and coach internal trainers to ensure success and effectiveness of training.Participate in improvement projects in partnership with a continuous improvement focusMaintain training recordsRequirements
Required qualifications for a Training Coordinator :
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Training or a Manufacturing related program preferred or related experience.3 years of experience creating and delivering manufacturing related customized training courses is a plus as Training Coordinator5 years of manufacturing experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to provide exceptional leadership and support to team membersAbility to take part in continuous education and trainingMust demonstrate safe work practices, work with limited supervision and communicate with coworkers, managers and other departments.Maintain poise and respond in a professional and respectful manner to all situations.Salary Description
