The Ammortal Inc Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing and supply chain processes. This includes maintaining supply to the production line, thinking strategically about purchasing and logistics, and executing that strategy.

The Ammortal Inc Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing and supply chain processes. This includes maintaining supply to the production line, thinking strategically about purchasing and logistics, and executing that strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing: Create and manage purchase orders based on current and forecasted demand. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delivery.
- Logistics and Shipment Tracking: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues, communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands while overseeing carrying costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Contract Manufacturing partner (CM), and the Ammortal Supply Chain & Manufacturing team to align with production schedules and company objectives.
- Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Organization and Attention to Detail - This person will manage a Bill of Materials (BOM) of over 500 components and ensure accuracy in purchasing, inventory tracking, and data management
- Collaboration and Communication - Coordinate between our contract manufacturer, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in using MRP/ERP systems
