NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. PTA needed - 3 / 17 start date, 13-week assignment, M-F schedule.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Licenses : PTA(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications : BLS
Float : Candidate may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w / i 30miles)
Scrub Colors : any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References : 1 Reference in entire work history
