Job Summary
The Manager, Real Estate & Facilities works closely with the leadership team to develop a real estate and facilities strategy! This individual leads or coordinates planning, budgeting, site selection, financial analysis, design, construction, management, facilities management, and office services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops, updates, and implements a strategy, including standards, policies, and procedures to support AMN's business.
- Presents business plans and gains approvals for lease acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, and projects.
- Develops financial models to support management decision-making on potential real estate transactions and capital investments.
- Participates as a key advisor on all real estate decisions and provides transactional and operational advice to senior leadership.
- Crafts and drives annual operating and capital budget for all properties and facilities (including lease expenses, furniture and fixtures, utilities, office equipment, maintenance, supplies, and other office expenses).
- Handles relationships with the landlords and outsourced real estate service providers to ensure compliance with agreements, adherence to policies and standards, and maximization of cost savings opportunities.
- Prepares C-Suite ready reports leveraging systems and observational data
- Develops team members with individual development plans and stretch assignments.
- Directs facilities vendors to ensure alignment with goals and scope

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in facilities operations, building management, engineering or construction
- Prior experience in leadership
- CFM or other Facilities Management certifications
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Team members may be asked to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. This position requires the ability to move equipment or packages up to 10 pounds.

Pay Rate
$100,000 - $119,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
