Job Summary
The Sourcing Specialist I, Staffing & Recruitment , supports clients and physician candidates to successfully fill the contracted needs of the clients by securing quality candidates at a higher efficiency level than a Recruiter.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulates marketing campaigns to attract candidates by writing direct mail correspondence, crafting internet job postings, and communicating with the Research department.
- Conducts hand-off calls with sales consultants and clients to begin developing search recruitment strategies and prepare for community profiles.
- Completes community profiles to form relationships with clients, evaluate opportunities, sell mail, and gain first-hand information for candidates by meeting consultatively with client decision-makers onsite and participating in community tours.
- Consults with and educate clients on physician market conditions and recruiting standard processes
- Conducts team or large-group training as needed to educate team members, by selecting a topic, preparing the materials, and communicating the training.

Pay Rate
19.00 - $23.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
