Job Summary
The Senior Director, Sales Support & Operations maintains a broad perspective across the company responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development, execution, and integration of all projects and work streams for their Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops sales support operation strategies for delivering outstanding services for Enterprise Accounts.
- Ensures that sales contractual terms are being met and keeps internal partners and clients (i.e. Client, AV, Recruitment, Billing) educated and advised of contractual obligations while maintaining efficiency.
- Resolves advanced service calls to position AMN as a critical partner in the client’s success.
- Assists in the preparation and delivery of client business reviews, crafting additional opportunities for strategic partnership and client integration.
- Partners with enterprise-wide brands to market sales opportunities, resolve issues and ensure efficient file flow and order prioritization to retain market share.
- Monitors to assure that policies and procedures are in place, adhered to, and are in keeping with current business practices, including working directly with the audit team.
- Ensures successful closure of contracts, candidate placements, and hourly billing for all regions on a monthly basis.
- Evaluates job performance and initiate hiring, disciplinary, termination, and commendatory actions on assigned personnel.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 19 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Salesforce experience
- Implementation experience desired with strong change management experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$130,500 - $163,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
