AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an energetic leader to serve as their next CVOR Nurse Manager in Daytona Beach, Florida!

The Position

• The CVOR Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations within a busy Cardiovascular Operating Room setting containing four ORs throughout AdventHealth Daytona Beach.
• This leader will oversee approximately 40 FTEs and will collaborate closely with two existing Nurse Managers to oversee scheduling, KPIs, quality, and patient care initiatives throughout the department.
• The CVOR Nurse Manager will strive to create positive working relationships with surgeons including four cardiac surgeons and five vascular surgeons, ensuring optimal departmental performance and patient care.
• The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR or Main OR experience, demonstrate change agent capabilities, and possess excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Seeking a hands-on leader to establish credibility with surgeons and staff members while also assisting with mentoring and coaching staff, patient-focused culture, and building collaborative relationships within the department.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
