Director, JPE Strategy Development and Academic Funds Flow

The Position
- The Director of JPE Strategy Development and Academic Funds Flow leads JPE financial, operations, and management processes in close partnership with UT Southwestern.
- Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Director will work closely with the executive team, department of pediatrics, and JPE Board of Directors.
- The Director will also be responsible for Physician Compensation Modeling, managing Master Services Agreements, and negotiating critical contracts.
- Ideal candidates are dynamic, proactive leaders with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and foster open communication across all levels of staff. Exceptional analytical skills and financial expertise are essential for success in this role. Candidates with prior experience in academic finance are highly preferred.
- This role is on-site in Dallas, TX.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of seven years of professional or office experience is required, with at least two years in a healthcare setting.
