Exciting opportunity to join El Camino Health in sunny Mountain View, California as their next Director, Total Rewards!

The Position

• The Director, Total Rewards will oversee all activities related to compensation and benefits including executive benefits and the retirement program.
• The Director will lead a team of less than 10 and work closely with internal committees and C-Suite executives.
• The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading total rewards including designing executive compensation. Additional experience with vendor management, employee wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives is desired.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, finance, or human resources-related field.
• 10 years of job-related experience including 5 in compensation and benefits and people leadership.
• Certified Compensation Profession (CCP) preferred.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
