Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, NICU (Evenings) Needed in Flushing, NY!
The Position
- An Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, NICU (Evenings) is needed to oversee clinical operations and staff within a Level III NICU with 14 beds.
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee approximately 33 FTEs.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care, overseeing staffing, and providing cross-coverage for the pediatric unit as needed.
- The ideal candidate will have NICU leadership experience, strong clinical skills, and a background in managing high-acuity neonatal patients. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Active RN license required.

- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
