Interim Nurse Manager Critical Care Needed on the East Coast
The Position
- An Interim Nurse Manager is needed to lead critical care operations for the Medical and Surgical ICUs.
- This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and oversees 12 FTEs.
- The Interim Manager will focus on maintaining team cohesion, supporting patient flow, and enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments, including the Emergency Department.
- The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of critical care and thrive in a close-knit, community-oriented environment.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.Active RN license required.Strong background in critical care nursing with leadership experience is required.The Community

Compensation Range : $155,000 to $165,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
