Interim Director, Care Coordination

A Washington hospital is seeking their next Interim Director, Care Coordination!
- An Interim Director of Care Coordination is needed to oversee day-to-day Care Coordination operations.
- The Director will be responsible for ensuring the department is adequately staffed, recruiting for new positions, and providing strategic directions.
- Additionally, they will emphasize initiatives aimed at improving length of stay, complex discharge processes, and throughput.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in care coordination, with a strong executive presence and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Active WA RN and/or SW license is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
