A New Mexico medical center is seeking their next Interim Director, Materials Management!
- The Interim Director of Materials Management will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations pertaining to facility, supply chain, and materials management initiatives.
- The Interim Director will focus on ongoing initiatives including distribution, compliance, OR supply chain, and inventory management.
- This leader will be responsible for the organization of organizational charts, job descriptions, training materials, and scheduling throughout the department.
- Seeking a knowledgeable leader who is well-versed in warehouse management, inventory, backorder mitigation, and automation.
- Ideal candidates will be willing and able to drive strong communication and accountability throughout the organization as it pertains to inventory, stock, and order management.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Certified Materials and Resources Professional (DMRP) is required.
- Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
