Interim Lab Manager Needed in Flagstaff, AZ!

The Position

• An Interim Lab Manager is needed to provide leadership and stability to the laboratory team at a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services, this leader will oversee a team of 36 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include personnel management and team stabilization, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring quality standards are met. This leader will also be responsible for assessing current projects, setting priorities, and driving them to successful completion.
• The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory leadership experience, excellent personnel management skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center is highly desirable. Candidates must be highly organized, team-focused, and effective in managing scheduling and workflow.
• Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
