Interim Manager of Diagnostic Imaging Needed in Portland, OR!

The Position

• An Interim Manager of Diagnostic Imaging is needed to oversee the daily coordination of the CT department, ensuring efficient workflow and staffing.
• Reporting to the department director, this leader will oversee a team of 35–40 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing and CT scanner coverage across multiple sites, performing CT exams as needed, ensuring high-quality imaging services, and collaborating with radiologists, physicists, and clinicians on research protocols and patient care.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CT imaging, hybrid modalities, and Epic. They must be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field required.
• ARRT certification in CT and Nuclear Medicine required.
• Previous leadership experience in diagnostic imaging required, with strong knowledge of CT operations and hybrid imaging.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
