Interim Nurse Manager - Med/Tele Needed in Roswell, GA!

The Position

• A highly skilled Interim Nurse Manager – Med/Tele is needed to support a 44-bed unit, working alongside the current manager to improve staff alignment and enhance the patient experience.
• Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee approximately 74 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include implementing best practices, fostering accountability across all shifts, and elevating both employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, a proven record of leadership, and a history of driving outcomes while fostering a positive, team-based environment.
• Candidates must be engaging, assertive, diplomatic, and supportive, with strong communication skills critical to success in this role.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
