Interim Operating Room Manager Needed in the Pacific Northwest
The Position
- The Interim Operating Room (OR) Manager will oversee OR operations at two key facilities within the same organization.
- Reporting to the Director of Surgical, Interventional & Imaging Services, this leader will manage 17 ORs, including one hybrid room, with a weekly case volume of approximately 250 cases.
- This leader will oversee key departments, including the OR, Anesthesia, and Environmental Services (EVS), while focusing on Joint Commission preparedness, mentoring Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) for expanded leadership roles, and driving A3 strategy deployment to ensure operational excellence.
- Ideal candidates will be experienced leaders with excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- BSN required.
- Active RN license required.
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in an OR setting required.

- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
