An Alaska healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim SPD Manager!

The Position

• Seeking an Interim Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations throughout the department.
• The Interim SPD Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including survey readiness, department renovation, mentorships, and process improvement.
• Ideal candidates will bring a collaborative, patient-centered approach, empowering team members while upholding high compliance standards and promoting continuous improvement.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
