Job Description
The locums Coordinator executes a variety of tasks in support of the Account Management and Recruitment teams to assist them in managing day-to-day processes. While the Coordinator’s communication is mainly between internal partners, they may also interact with providers and clients, including executive-level contacts, to accomplish urgent tasks and ensure provider and client needs are met.
Job Tasks:
- Assist with entering and completing required contract elements in preparation for contract review.
- Assist with creating, enriching and maintaining job profiles, including job descriptions, requirements, schedules, etc.
- Create, post and manage job submissions to company database/internal users (i.e. Recruiters), external websites and 3rd party vendor management systems while adhering to posting guidelines.
- Create and maintain candidate profiles in 3rd party vendor systems technology, as needed.
- Monitor a dashboard with information needed to accomplish daily tasks dealing with cases, contracts, job maintenance, travel, missing documents, job applicants, and placements.
- Works with candidate and Recruiter to obtain a current and clarified resume/curriculum vitae in the specified format.
- Obtains medical malpractice review required documents from the candidate including any applicable background documents.
- Create candidate presentation package according to internal and client guidelines.
- Complete Placement profiles in order to inform applicable stakeholders and partners of needed information, ensuring continuity with other tasks.
- Enter/edit negotiated client bill and provider pay rates in company database for Account Management leader approval and client invoice/provider pay processing.
- Communicate timely updates and expectations to all internal/external customers and partners by documenting all required information and steps in order to deliver candidate to client assignment on time.
- Coordinate with Recruiters and Clinical team to ensure candidates are properly and timely covered under malpractice insurance.
- Obtain references for candidates when needed.
- Create and manage candidate travel requests by communicating with the candidate and Housing and Travel team.
- Coordinate and/or respond to requests for assistance with billing (including unbilled revenue) or invoice collections.
- Conduct follow-ups on behalf of internal customers and partners, as needed.
- Partner with Account Management and Recruitment in varying capacities, including quarterly business reviews, special projects, and any supporting tasks to ensure client and candidate’s needs are met on a daily basis.

Pay Rate
$19.00 - $22.50 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
