Gastroenterology Physician

This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current and ongoing need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Setting : Outpatient
- Types of Cases : Colonoscopy and Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
- Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
- Requirements : Board Certification, Active Illinois license Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
Facility Location
