The Position

• The Interim Chief of Primary Care will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties pertaining to physician initiatives and will oversee approximately 4 Physician direct reports.  
• The Interim Chief of Primary Care will focus on ongoing initiatives including fostering and maintaining stability throughout all specialty teams, recruitment across the primary care division, and will collaborate closely with operations to strengthen quality of care, maintain resources, and address any provider concerns/feedback. 
• This leader will manage operations across three urgent care facilities and will oversee all adult and pediatric providers. Additionally, the Interim Chief of Primary Care will be responsible for the oversight of the addiction medicine program. 
• Seeking an experienced Physician who will be willing and able to oversee all physician performance and departmental operations. 
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• MD/DO is required. 
• Active MA license is strongly preferred. 
• A minimum of two years of leadership experience is required. 

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $300,000 to $340,000 annually. 
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
