An Iowa healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Chief Operating Officer!
The Position
The Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations throughout the facility.
Reporting to the Market President, the Interim COO will focus on current operations initiatives including reorganization / department structure, patient flow, efficiency, and stability.
This leader will strive to foster and maintain a positive work environment across multiple campuses and will prioritize operational growth while ensuring proper alignment with organizational short-and-long-term goals.
The Interim COO must create strong working relationships with physicians, executive leadership, and staff members.
Seeking an extremely experienced COO that brings knowledge pertaining to a wide variety of operational standards.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range : $320,000 to $340,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
