StartDate: 4/28/2025 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2600.00
Position Summary – Lmsw
POSITION DUTIES – Assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning. Covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/Baby.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LMSW (must have AK license); MSW degree or equal educational degree; BLS; 2 years acute social work experience; Epic & Midas experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8am to 4:30pm with occasional weekend coverage (rarely)
SYSTEMS – Epic & Midas
START DATE – 4/28/2025
