- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p plus 24-hour call 7-8 days per month
- Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
- 100% adult cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 Days
- Board Certification is required
- Must have an active Washington license
