- Job Setting: Inpatient
- Types of Cases: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Intubations, Central Lines, Arterial Lines, Chest Tube Placement, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
- Must have an active Kentucky state license
- Must have an active Kentucky Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
