Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health Experience : 3 years Licenses : PTA(Compact Accepted) AND Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute Experience : 3 years AND Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient Experience : 3 years SSN Required DOB Required All travelers are required to wear a Clark Fork Valley Hospital employee badge. All Travelers must use our Electronic time system to clock in and out.
