POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager - Utilization Management
POSITION DUTIES – Utilization Review / Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Discharge Planning / Patient Focus and Care Plans
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NM/compact RN license; AHA BLS; 5 years acute hospital case management experience; Recent Utilization Review, InterQual, and ER experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – CCM, ACM, Milliman
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:30A-5P, Mon-Fri with potential weekend hours
SYSTEMS – InterQual / Cerner
START DATE – ASAP
