POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Assessment, evaluations; Dc planning with patients and families; Willing to step up to lead MDR discussions.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – FL/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years acute hospital case management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Midas/Interqual/Meditech experience.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT – 8A-4:30P
