POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Discharge Planning / Patient Focus and Care Plans / Utilization Review
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NM/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years UR Inpatient/Acute Care experience (current 12-months); Epic experience; Completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS – Xsolis experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8hr Varied - starts at 8am (40hrs/wk)
