POSITION SUMMARY – Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Adult behavioral social services
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LCSW or LMSW (must be licensed in TN); MSW degree; BLS; 2 years acute hospital social work experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 12 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
START DATE – ASAP
