- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

- Types of Cases: General Electrophysiology Cardiology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Requirements: Board Certified and active Idaho license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
