- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30 pm

- Types of Cases: breast, lung, colon, prostate, melanoma, lymphoma and hematology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days
- Active Maryland License required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
